Goals

The goal of this project was to enhance the visual identity of the Cato Institute’s student-focused programs and public policy communications. The design direction focused on making libertarian ideas more accessible and visually engaging for younger audiences, while maintaining the organization’s professionalism and intellectual credibility. Key objectives included applying the updated color palette effectively, creating consistency across formats, and translating complex policy topics into clear, compelling visuals.

Deliverables

The final deliverables included a digital internship brochure with clean typography and organized layouts, a Sphere Summit presentation slide designed for live event projection, and a conceptual poster addressing online age verification policy. Each piece reflected Cato’s new color palette tailored for students and young professionals, balancing bold visual language with clear information design across digital and print formats.
