Poster Design

Overview

This collection brings together a range of typographic posters that speak in bold, rhythmic voices. From playful fashion commentary to moody visual poems, each piece explores how language can be styled, stretched, and reimagined on the page. Blending cultural reference with personal expression, the designs aim to feel immediate, like thoughts made visual.

Concept & Direction

Each poster in this series began as a response to a specific mood, phrase, or cultural reference that felt too visual to stay as words alone. I used typography not just as a means of communication but as a design material—something that could bend, stack, or shout depending on the message. Across different pieces, I played with scale, repetition, and composition to turn short thoughts into bold visuals that live somewhere between design and language.

Tone & Visual Language

I experimented with different type treatments, layering, and unexpected compositions to evoke a punchy and personal tone. The visuals borrow from zine culture, branding, editorial layouts, and social commentary, aiming to grab attention and stay with the viewer. The goal isn’t just aesthetic but to create emotional or cultural echoes that feel alive and in-the-moment.
